Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Group in Spokane, WA

Join us for an immersive therapeutic journey in partnership with Embodied Psyche and Illume Wellbeing. This therapy group is guided by two licensed psychotherapists and medically managed by a physician ketamine specialist. Designed intentionally around the principals of psychedelic preparation and integration, this experience creates a safe space for deep healing and transformation.

What to Expect

• Free Consult: Answer any questions you may have and see if the group is a good fit for you.
• Assessment: Medical and intake evaluations prior to treatment.
• Prep Session (2.5hrs): Time to complete assessments, cultivate the group dynamic, and set intentions.
• Experiential Sessions x6 (3hrs ea – 18hrs total): Twice weekly group medicine sessions, with therapeutic integration circle.
• Closing Session (1.5hrs): A moment to honor our time together, insights gained, and changes made.
• Curated Integration Journal created by Teresa Eggleston, MA, to record your experiences, insights and progress.
