Welcome to Cascadian Mind Works! My name is Jacob. I offer holistic, integrative mental health therapy in Spokane, WA.
My practice integrates mindfulness practices, somatic techniques, and a deep existential examination of the self. Together we will work to identify the patterns of behavior that leave you feeling stuck, grow in awareness of how emotions show up in the body, and begin to take steps towards meaningful change.

I currently offer psychotherapy services and mindfulness instruction both in-person in Spokane, WA and by telehealth in Washington State.
Currently accepting individual clients from adolescents (13+) to adults, as well as offering periodic group work, private retreats and informational workshops.
I strive to create a trauma-informed, safe environment for all individuals, regardless of race, identity or orientation.
